Rachel Callan graduated from NUI Maynooth with a BSc in Arts (Honours) in 2015. She has worked on a variety of projects with Applegreen and the Dublin Airport Authority, along with independently running a number of smaller self-owned businesses. She has also produced a number of Android applications, focused on Health Family food and meal planning. Rachel is currently completing a HDip in Software Engineering in the National College of Ireland, Dublin.
